The term "microfiber" is a measure of size, referring to ultra-fine fibers
that are less than 1 denier per filament. In comparison with other
materials, microfibers are twice as fine as silk and three times
finer than
cotton.
Microfibers are high performance fibers, engineered to carry out
a number of
functions such as transporting and managing moisture, and regulating heat.
Every Aquis® towel is made from Aquitex® microfiber. All microfibers are
not created equal…and the technology behind each type of
microfiber material
is designed to produce a fiber with the specific characteristics important
to its function and end-use.
Aquitex® microfiber has been perfected for
more than 10 years, and is designed for the most efficient moisture
transport while providing greater durability, comfort and softness than
other microfiber towels.
Aquitex® microfiber has a unique hydrophilic capillary action that draws
water faster, more thoroughly and gently from hair and skin than ordinary
towels. Because it has been woven from ultrafine microfibers,
Aquitex® has
much more surface area for absorption and evaporation, which greatly
increases its drying capabilities. This same technology also
allows Aquis®
towels to dry quickly between uses, keeping them fresher longer.

ULTRA ABSORBENT - Aquis® hair towels and our patented turbans are designed
to gently absorb much of the excess, drippy water that is left
behind after
washing. This means you spend a lot less time with a blow dryer,
and you don
’t need to harshly rub your hair dry - both of which can be

All Aquis® products are made from the same Aquitex® microfiber. However, certain items are available in different finishes:
LISSE - Aquis® Lisse is the original, smooth and soft material for Aquis® towels. It is the most compact and lightweight weave, and is most popular for drying hair fast and for travel/outdoor.
WAFFLE WEAVE - Aquis® Waffle Weave is a small waffle pattern, and our most luxuriously soft, spa-like material.
TERRY - Aquis® Terry is a plush microfiber with a longer pile - incomparably soft.
The Aquis® turban is made from the same super absorbent Aquitex® material as our towels. Our patented turban design has a convenient button closure on the back and is extremely lightweight, which keeps it securely in place while it dries you hair. No more balancing act needed from a heavy cotton towel that flops around on your head while you're trying to get ready.
The Aquis® robe is made from the same super absorbent Aquitex® material as our towels. It has a shawl collar with deep patch pockets and a self-tie belt. It also has a button loop on the back to secure the tie so you never lose it.
Machine wash warm, Tumble dry medium. No chlorinated bleach, fabric softener or iron.
